I guide women to feel happier and healthier by returning to real food, connection and self love. I’m a passionate mental health advocate and believe that our nutrition plays a massive role in depression and anxiety. I encourage more open conversation about healing naturally without the use of medications.

For most of my life I suffered from depression and anxiety. Throughout high school and my early twenties, I felt particularly lost without any real passion for life. I didn’t eat well, partied a lot and generally had a horrible mindset towards myself and others. I went through feelings of intense and crippling anxiety on a regular basis, suffering from panic attacks and severe depression. There were several times during these years when I did not want to continue living, if this was all there was for me.

I floated from job to job and never felt fulfilled or at peace in any part of my life. After landing at rock bottom a few years ago, I moved back in with my parents and made the hard decision to actually heal. It took a long time before I started to feel alive again. I began with diet changes and rediscovered my love for cooking and experimenting in the kitchen. I then added in movement; activities like walking, yoga and eventually weight training. I began a meditation practice and started reading again.

All of these changes triggered a deep and spiritual journey to my core, to remember who I really was, to let go of limiting beliefs, and to retrain my brain to recognize my worth. It was hard, messy and confusing at times, but all of it worthwhile as it’s the reason I’m here doing what I’m doing. I have come to be completely grateful for all of my experiences, although extremely difficult, because they led me here.

While I feel that I have healed from my depression and anxiety, I understand that there are still ups and downs, ebbs and flows and different phases in life. I am here to provide tools and guidance that I’ve learned along the way that will allow you to flow through these phases instead of getting stuck.

They have demonstrated an ability to understand and utilize a wide range of dietary and nutrition theories, as well as develop business and coaching skills to practice in a variety of settings. They have been trained to educate and guide clients to make behavioral changes resulting in improved nutrition, dietary habits, and physical ability and overall greater health and wellness.
