This website and shop are operated by Whitney Barkman. All content, images, and products are offered subject to availability and these terms.

I reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted.

Products & Availability

All products are created from original photographic work and are produced made to order through professional print partners.

Because items are made to order, slight variations in colour, tone, or texture may occur between what you see on screen and the final printed product. These variations are a natural part of photographic printing and are not considered defects.

Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible, but I cannot guarantee that all displays will appear exactly the same across different devices.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated.

Payment is processed securely through Payhip and third-party payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal. I do not store or have access to your full payment information.

Prices may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Shipping

Orders are made to order and shipped according to the timelines outlined in the Shipping Policy.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, I am not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the carrier. Please refer to the Shipping Policy for full details.

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Refunds

All items are made to order, and returns and refunds are not accepted, except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly incorrect.

All photographs, text, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Whitney Barkman unless otherwise stated.

Images and content may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Purchasing a print or product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Product Safety & Compliance

All physical products are printed and fulfilled by professional print partners in compliance with applicable product safety regulations.

The products offered are fine art prints and paper goods intended for decorative or personal use and do not contain hazardous materials.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By using this site or placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.
